Appreciation

Last week, my favorite aunt passed away in her sleep. To me, she was everything that I aspire to be once I become an adult. She was amazing and she was fortunate to be surrounded by people who adore her. She always had a smile on her face and her laugh was contagious. She was my mom’s best friend. She was one of my aunts who gave me my confidence. She simply told that I was beautiful every time I saw her since I was young. I loved her. May she rest in peace.
